Key Safe
 As
a Kosco Home Monitor System customer, we hope that you have found
peace of mind knowing that Kosco is watching your home 24 hours per day.
In an effort to provide you with improved, uninterrupted service
during a heating system failure, we are now offering and recommending
the installation of a key box at your home. This small key box will
provide a secure, convenient location at your home for your house
key. This will provide us with linmediate access to your heating
system and eliminate valuable time lost retrieving your key from our office.
The combination selected for you will be maintained in a secure
location at Kosco’s 24 hour dispatch office.
There will be no charge for the installation or use of this key box
as long as you remain a Kosco Home Monitor custorner.
If you presently have Kosco retain your house key at one of our
offices and wish to continue with this service, there will be a
minimum charge of $60.00 (plus sales tax), per call, to retrieve the
key from our office.
Please complete the Key Safe Application and return it to our office.
If you do not respond, we will assume that you do not want the key box.
