How It Works
Initially a Kosco trained Indoor Air Quality consultant will visit your home to inspect your duct work cleaning requirements. This will give you the opportunity ask specific questions and understand the benefits of having your duct work routinely cleaned. An estimate will be provided for approval after inspection.

The cleaning process is performed by professionally trained Kosco technicians using state-of-the-art environmentally friendly equipment.

The duct system is put under negative pressure with a powerful outdoor vacuum. Small holes are placed into existing duct work where various brushes are inserted into the ducts to dislodge debris, which flows to the vacuum. Once complete all holes are capped for future cleanings. Since vacuum equipment exhausts particles outside of the house, and inside-exhaust systems are fitted with HEPA filters this process is clean and safe. As a final step Kosco offers FREE sanitizing of your duct work, a non-residual sanitizing agent is applied to destroy any bacterial contaminants that may exist.
